Fresh Oysters shucked to order, with Lemon Wedges, Cocktail Sauce, Mignotte Sauce, Creamy Horseradish Aioli and Chives

Between Three (3) to Five (5) varieties will be offered depending on season...



"Fruits de Maire" Shellfish Display

Freshly Shucked Clams, Oysters, Shrimp, and Crab Claws with Classic Mignonette and Spicy Cocktail Sauce

Mashed Potato Bar

Creamy Whipped Potatoes, served in a Martini Glass with Creme Fraiche, Prosciutto, Chives, Caramelized Onions, Whipped Garlic Butter, Fontina, Blue Cheese, Parmesan, Pesto, and Black Tobiko Caviar

Risotto Bar

Creamy Risotto served in a Martini Glass with Parmesan Cheese, Tuffle Oil, Roasted Portobello Mushrooms, Prosciutto, Pesto, Caramelized Onions, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, Gorgonzola Cheese and Chives

Ceviche Bar

Shrimp, Whitefish, and Scallop Ceviche, served in a Martini Glass with Chipotle Aioli, Cilantro Pesto, Spicy Onion Relish, Pico D' Gallo, Lime Wedges and Tortilla Chips

Carving Station (choose one)

Kobe Beef: with Creamy Horseradish and Sweet Onion Relish served with Crostini

Honey Spiral Cut Ham: with Sweet and Spicy Mustard and Dried Fruit Gastrique with Buttermilk Biscuits

Herb Roasted Turkey: with Pesto Aioli and Cranberry Chutney served with Assorted Dinner Rolls

Quesadilla Station

Choice of Two (2) (additional choices extra):

Roasted Anaheim Chili's and Chorizo with Pepper Jack Chicken

Chipotle Chicken and Cilantro with Queso Fresco

Spicy Braised Crispy Beef with Grilled Onions and Cheddar Cheese
