Jacob Caputo, Owner Kitchen Operations
 
Jake has an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
 
After working in the technology sector for seven years, Jake made a career change and attended culinary school where he mastered his craft.
 
Jake manages all day-to-day kitchen operations, menu creation and development, and all aspects of food costing, product sourcing, and kitchen staff management. Over the years, Jake has built an impressive team of over 60 skilled chefs and cooks currently working for the company. His executed vision of defining the highest standards in food quality is just one reason for the success of Cosmopolitan Catering.


Rick Angelini
Rick Angelini, Owner Business Operations
 
Rick came to Cosmopolitan Catering with over a decade of experience in all aspects of business management working with many high-profile clients, domestically and internationally. Rick manages the day-to-day operations and leads the efforts in brand development, sales and marketing, and contract negotiation as well as the establishment and implementation of the customer service standards by which Cosmopolitan Catering is measured.
 
 


Scott Sasaki
 


Scott Sasaki, Executive Chef
 
Chef Scott is regarded as one of the finest culinary minds in corporate dining. After receiving his formal education at Lederwolf Culinary Institution, he received training under a culinary genius while working under Executive Chef Thomas Keller at the French Laundry. Scott then took his talents to help develop the prestige of Tavistock Restaurants and the Garibaldi Group of Restaurants. Most recently before joining Cosmopolitan Catering, Chef Scott spent five years as the Executive Chef at Google, continuing the legendary notoriety made famous by Chef Charlie Ayres. Chef Scott shared the vision to redefine the meaning of what corporate catering is, allowing companies through the Bay Area the opportunity to offer their employees food-service that is second-to-none. 
 
 
 
 
Ted Pierce

Ted Pierce, Café Operations Manager
 
Ted came to Cosmopolitan Catering with over eight years of experience in route operations and customer service, executing numerous demands while improving customer satisfaction. Ted oversees all logistical functions for the successful operation of our corporate café services. His responsibilities are vital as the demand for food safety and health awareness have become more of a social topic. His attention to detail and health code knowledge are just a few strengths that allow Cosmopolitan Catering to be the leader in the corporate cafe arena. Ted's emphasis is to coach and develop our café staff, ensuring a great guest experience.
 
 
William Kraemer
William Kraemer, Catering Operations Manager
 
William has an Associate's Degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management from California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Before Cosmopolitan Catering, he dedicated himself to over 10 years of hospitality service. His experience covers numerous facets of the industry. Will oversees all logistic and operational aspects of our catering department including hiring, training, and service standard implementation. Will's focus is on sharpening and refining our processes and striving to offer the next level of service.
