Our experience with them managing our in-house cafe, virtually all of our daily meeting catering needs and our annual larger events over the past year and a half has been nothing but exceptional.
The prospect of opening a full service cafe within our space was honestly quite daunting. However, in our meetings with Joe Schumaker and Jake Capato our apprehensions quickly faded. Their proactive style and complementary backgrounds and skills provides you with true partners, with whom you can work through all of the necessary steps as well as in handling the unanticipated issues that arise.
